The Broadcast Tool in ChitChatBot.ai allows you to send messages to multiple Telegram contacts at once. It’s ideal for sending announcements, promotions, product updates, event reminders, and more—automatically and efficiently.
🚀 Steps to Send a Telegram Broadcast
✅ Step 1: Create Your Broadcast Flow
- Navigate to Menu > Flows.
- Click the ➕ Add button to create a new flow.
- Build the message you want to send. This can include text, buttons, media, or links—just like any regular chatbot flow.
- Save and publish your flow when you’re done.
💡 Tip: Use the Omnichannel message type in your flow to ensure it’s compatible across multiple platforms, or select Telegram if you want the message to be Telegram-specific.
✅ Step 2: Send Your Flow to Telegram Contacts
- Go to Menu > Broadcasts.
- Click Create Broadcast.
- Choose Telegram as the target channel.
- Select your previously created flow as the message content.
- Choose your audience—filter contacts by tags, user attributes, or send to all Telegram contacts.
- Click Send or Schedule to deliver the broadcast immediately or at a later time.
🔐 Compliance Tip
Telegram doesn’t have the same requirements as SMS or Meta Channels, but it’s still good practice to:
- Only send broadcasts to users who have interacted with your bot.
- Avoid sending too many promotional messages to prevent user fatigue.
