Follow the steps below to set up Greeting Messages in different languages. You can customize Greeting Messages based on your audience’s language settings, allowing for a multilingual experience.
How to create a greeting message
To create a greeting message, navigate to Menu > Settings > Channels > Greeting > Edit.
Next, enter your Greeting Message in the provided field and save the changes—that’s it!
If you want to add multilingual Greeting Messages, select the “+ Language” drop-down menu and choose the desired languages as needed.
