Conversation Starters
Conversation Starters enable users to initiate a conversation with your business by selecting from a list of frequently asked questions. Instead of seeing the standard โGet Startedโ button, users will be presented with questions relevant to your business. We recommend using the Conversation Starters feature to encourage interaction and guide users in starting a conversationโthink of them as conversation icebreakers or helpful prompts.
How to create a conversation starter
To create a Conversation Starter for your business, Navigate to Menu >** Settings > Channels (Messenger/Instagram) > Conversation Starter** and click the โEditโ button.
Enter your businessโs Conversation Starters, then set the response flow (if itโs not listed, create a new flow first). Click the + icon to add it, and finally, click Save in the top right corner.
