Conversation Starters enable users to initiate a conversation with your business by selecting from a list of frequently asked questions. Instead of seeing the standard โ€œGet Startedโ€ button, users will be presented with questions relevant to your business. We recommend using the Conversation Starters feature to encourage interaction and guide users in starting a conversationโ€”think of them as conversation icebreakers or helpful prompts.

How to create a conversation starter

To create a Conversation Starter for your business, Navigate to Menu >** Settings > Channels (Messenger/Instagram) > Conversation Starter** and click the โ€œEditโ€ button.

Enter your businessโ€™s Conversation Starters, then set the response flow (if itโ€™s not listed, create a new flow first). Click the + icon to add it, and finally, click Save in the top right corner.
