What's the difference between DIY and DFY?
DIY means you use the ChitChatBot platform yourself and build guides chatbots with our visual flow builder or AI agents using our advanced AI integrations. DFY means our team builds and runs everything for you often including your conversational marketing strategy. Most clients hire us to do DFY because it ships faster and stays optimised.
How quickly can a chatbot go live?
DFY engagements typically ship within 14 days from kickoff. DIY varies by how fast your team learns — most teams get production-ready in 4-8 weeks. If you need it live this week, DFY is the only realistic path.
Do you integrate with our existing CRM?
Yes — natively with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, and many others, plus full REST API and webhooks for anything custom. See integrations for the full list.
What happens after the discovery call?
