To support this, ChitChatBot includes a special system variable: {{me}}. You can use this variable to create a link (e.g. https://app.chitchatbot.ai/extensions/me/?p=xxxxxxx&u=xxxxxxxxx&c=xxxxxxx) that lets users view all the information your bot has stored about them (tags, custom fields, etc.). This same link also allows users to delete or download their personal data – giving them complete control.
