- You have enabled Connected Tools in Instagram under:
Settings > Privacy > Messages > Connected Tools.
💡 Note: Meta now allows standalone Instagram accounts to connect to automation platforms—even without a Facebook Page in some cases.

You can link your Instagram account during or after bot creation.

Creating automation flows for Instagram is the same as for other channels.
💡 Best Practice:
We strongly recommend using the Omnichannel Message Type when building flows to ensure your content works seamlessly across platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and others – even if you have no plans of deploying to other channels.
However, for specific use cases—such as Instagram Comment Automation—you will need to switch to a channel-specific message type (e.g., Instagram Comment Automation Reply) for certain blocks like text messages. Always tailor your message type to the feature you’re using for the best results.

- 🚫 Group Threads (chats with more than two participants) are not supported.
