It’s official: ChitChatBot.ai is a recognised ManyChat Expert and Agency Partner.
ManyChat’s Expert programme is selective. Agencies apply, get reviewed, and either make the list or they don’t. We made the list — and we think it’s worth explaining what that actually means for clients, and why it matters more now that we’ve also built our own platform.
What the accreditation means
ManyChat’s Expert and Agency Partner status is awarded to agencies that have demonstrated:
- A track record of successful deployments across real client accounts
- Deep technical knowledge of the ManyChat platform — flows, conditions, custom fields, integrations, and the API
- The ability to scope, build, and manage campaigns on behalf of clients from end to end
It’s not a badge you buy. It’s a recognition of production experience. The agencies on the ManyChat Expert list are there because they’ve shipped work that performed.
We’ve been building on ManyChat since the early days of Instagram DM automation, back when the platform was primarily a Facebook Messenger tool and “chatbot” was still considered niche jargon. That history — hundreds of flows across dozens of industries — is what the accreditation reflects.
Why having our own platform makes this more valuable
Here’s the thing most agencies won’t say: being a ManyChat expert is more useful when you’re not dependent on ManyChat.
If the only tool you know is ManyChat, every client problem looks like a ManyChat problem. That’s fine when ManyChat is the right answer. It’s limiting when it isn’t.
We built ChitChatBot.ai — our own platform — specifically because we kept running into the edges of third-party tools. There are things our platform handles that ManyChat can’t: AI-powered conversation routing, deep CRM integrations, custom logic that third-party flow builders can’t express, and voice channel automation. When a client needs those capabilities, they’re available.
But a large number of clients — particularly those already established on ManyChat with existing flows, subscriber lists, and team familiarity — don’t need or want to migrate. They want expert help operating the platform they’re already on.
That’s where the accreditation matters. We can walk into a ManyChat account that’s already live, audit the existing setup, identify what’s underperforming, and fix it — without asking the client to start over on a new tool.
What this means for you as a client
In practice, it means you have a genuine choice:
If you’re already on ManyChat — and your flows are working but not optimised, or you’re hitting walls with complexity, or you’ve inherited a setup you don’t fully understand — we can work inside your existing account and improve what’s there.
If you’re starting from scratch — we’ll recommend the right platform based on your actual requirements. For most DFY clients, that’s our platform. For clients with specific ManyChat integrations or ecosystem reasons to stay, ManyChat is a perfectly valid answer.
If you’re on ManyChat but want capabilities it doesn’t support — we can discuss a phased migration, or build a hybrid setup where the right tool handles the right job.
The accreditation exists to give clients confidence in our technical depth. The fact that we have our own platform exists to give clients better outcomes when ManyChat isn’t the complete answer.
A note on platform agnosticism
We’re occasionally asked whether we “push” clients toward our own platform because it’s financially better for us. The honest answer is: it depends on the engagement.
For DFY (done-for-you) engagements where we’re building and operating the system, our platform gives us more control and better economics. For clients who want to self-manage on an established tool with a large community and ecosystem, ManyChat is often the better recommendation.
What we won’t do is steer clients toward the wrong tool because it’s easier for us. That’s how you get short-term revenue and long-term churn. The ManyChat Expert accreditation represents years of work on that platform. We’re not going to pretend it doesn’t exist.
If you’re evaluating chatbot agencies and want to understand which platform makes sense for your situation — or if you’re already on ManyChat and want an expert audit — get in touch. We’ll give you a straight answer.
