Create Default AI Reply Flow



1. Click "Flows"

2. Click "Add"

3. Type a name for your default flow and click "Continue"

4. Click on the send message node block.

5. Click on + Add Content

6. Go to Actions >

7. Click "OpenAI"

8. Click on the OpenAI block to open its settings.

9. We want to generate AI text using the assistant we previously created. On the dropdown click "Generate text - Assistant"

10. Click "Dental Sales Assistant" this is the assistant we previously created. You can create multiple assistants within your conversational experience.

11. To display/output the message received from the AI Assistant we need to save it to a custom field. We can create a new custom field by clicking "Add New"

12. Type the name of your new custom field and click "Continue"

13. Click "Continue" to save your new OpenAI text generation settings.

14. On success click and drag to new create a new message block.

15. Click on the message block.

16. Click + Add Content

17. Click Text

18. Click on the </> icon to display the field options

19. Click the custom field "ai_response"

20. Click "Publish"

21. We now select our flow as the "default reply". Click "Settings"

22. Click the "Select Flow" field.

23. Select "AI Default Reply" for the Default Reply

24. Click "Save"
