Conversation Starters #
Conversation Starters enable users to initiate a conversation with your business by selecting from a list of frequently asked questions. Instead of seeing the standard “Get Started” button, users will be presented with questions relevant to your business. We recommend using the Conversation Starters feature to encourage interaction and guide users in starting a conversation—think of them as conversation icebreakers or helpful prompts.
How to create a conversation starter #
To create a Conversation Starter for your business, Navigate to Menu > Settings > Channels (Messenger/Instagram) > Conversation Starter and click the “Edit” button.
Enter your business’s Conversation Starters, then set the response flow (if it’s not listed, create a new flow first). Click the + icon to add it, and finally, click Save in the top right corner.
